The Frontiers is a very complex place and you're likely to have questions about various things at time. Fortunately, there are quite a few resources where you can get help.

The FAQ Channel
One of the best places to get help is the FAQ channel. You can talk over this by typing, faq <message>. Please try to be as detailed about your question as possible and be patient for an answer.
Your Faction's Channel
Your faction mates are often more than willing to answer questions you may have about the game. Talk to them by typing, fa <message>. If you'd like to see who is currently connected in your faction, type census.
Player Relations Staffers
Player Relations (PR) Staff members are there to help players (new and old) with questions and problems. Take a look at the staff list via the staff command and look for a PR staffer that is connected and available. You may talk to them directly by typing page <Staffer'sName>=<Message>. If you get any errors about them not accepting pages then they are most likely unavailable at the moment.
Q & A Forums
If you'd like a more detailed answer, try posting in our Q & A Forums on our website. Try to be as detailed as possible with your question(s) to guarantee you'll get the answer you're looking for.

If you are looking for something in particular, try searching for it via the left search bar. The pages here are updated regularly so check back periodically.
The Main Website
The Frontier's official website is located at http://frontiermux.com. News announcements and other goodies are on here, you'll definitely at least want to check the front page for updates periodically.
Worse Case: pr-ring
If you're really stumped and can't get help, use the pr-ring command. This will ask any available staff to help you out. Only do this if you have exhausted all other options as it is a bit invasive to the staffers if everyone does it.
