HardCoders fill the broad role of working on the codebase that the Frontier runs, BattletechMUX. This is a rather broad job as it isn't exclusive to the Frontier. HardCoders are expected to handle bug reports and feature requests/modifications. These changes are applied to the main BattletechMUX tree for anyone else running our codebase to take advantage of.

HardCoders are generally brought into the staff after having submitted a few patches to our project. There is always a long list of things that need doing in HardCode land and we can never have too many capable coders working with us.
