The Main Map
The "main" has most of the primary objectives on it such as Bases, Relays, and Generators. Most of the fighting takes place on the main map and you will generally spend the bulk of your time on it.

The Underground
The underground map is a dark and somewhat confusing map of caves and tunnels. Naturally, flying units, jumping, and artillery/mortars do not function in here. See the Underground page for more details.
