Player Relations staffers handle a broad range of different tasks, mostly geared towards improving things for the players. They are also expected to greet and help new and old players alike, often spending one on one time with people in the sims or in training. Additionally, the wizzen may assign general things that need doing to PR staffers such as maps, documentation, and such.

Player Relations is considered an entry level staff job with no special priviledges or powers except for commands to assist players and handle registrations. However, the PR staffer is perhaps one of the most important positions, as they are generally the ones who play the biggest role in whether new players actually stay with the game or not.
